Submit a Project

You can submit a project by email for a quote. You can also request for us to begin work immediately. Please include the following information:

• Your Name
• Your Company Name
• Your Email
• Your Phone
• Alternate Phone/Contact
• Design Firm Name and Contact, if different
• Design Firm Phone

Also give us an overview of the project characteristics and your desires:

• Project Name  (e.g., “44 Primrose Way” or “Maribel Residence”)
• Project Location (City and County)
• Description (e.g., “two-unit building with wood frame, radiant floors, and double height glass wall to southwest”)
• Windows (manufacturer, framing, and type)
• Walls (intended insulation)
• Roof (intended insulation)
• Total SF conditioned space (if available)
• Special requests (e.g., “prefer to keep clear glass if possible” or “would like to go for a high compliance margin of 30% if possible”)

What to Include With Your Drawings

Drawings should be 1/4″ scale, PDF format preferred

• Site plan showing compass orientation
• Floor plans, showing
  • entry
  • compass orientation
  • windows and doors
  • interior tile or stone surface
• Conditioned square footages, if readily available
• Indicate new vs existing spaces on all drawings
• Elevations showing all wall openings
• Sections if needed to show additional features such as
  • pitched ceilings
  • windows or doors that open into light wells or other exterior space not shown on elevations
• Door and window schedules with:
  • manufacturer
  • framing type (e.g., wood, metal, etc)
  • glazing (e.g., clear, double, low e)
  • glazing values if special
